Makari Uganda — Shipping & Delivery Policy

Makari Uganda products are officially imported and distributed by Rana Holdings Limited.

References to "we," "us," or "Makari Uganda" within this policy refer directly to Rana Holdings Limited.

Third-Party Fulfillment: All deliveries are handled by an independent, third-party courier service.
Separate Costs: Shipping fees are completely separate from the product price. The customer is responsible for covering all delivery costs.
Currency: All delivery charges are calculated and payable strictly in Uganda Shillings (UGX).
Pricing & Location: Delivery rates are determined entirely by the courier service based on the destination location. Makari Uganda does not set, control, or profit from these rates.

Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed earlier in the day are typically eligible for same-day delivery, subject to courier availability.
Next-Day Delivery: Orders received close to or after Close of Business (COB) will be dispatched and delivered the following business day.
Sunday & Holiday Deliveries: Our courier partners typically operate all day on Sundays. However, their operating hours and availability on public holidays are determined solely by the third-party service provider.
Delays: All delivery times are estimates provided by the courier partner and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for transit delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

Change of Location: If you alter or change the delivery location after the order has been dispatched, any additional rerouting fees charged by the courier will be borne entirely by the customer.
Failure to Inspect: Makari Uganda will not cover any extra delivery fees arising from a failure to inspect goods at the time of delivery. If a courier has to make a return trip due to an uninspected issue, the extra shipping cost will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
