Makari Uganda — Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

Makari Uganda products are officially imported and distributed by RANA HOLDINGS LIMITED.

1. Mandatory Inspection & Product Authenticity Rule

To maintain the absolute integrity, hygiene, and authenticity of our stock, we enforce a strict, zero-tolerance policy against product tampering and counterfeiting:

  • Immediate Inspection Required: Clients are strictly required to inspect their goods immediately upon receipt in the presence of the delivery agent.

  • Immediate Returns Only: If you notice any verified issues (such as a broken seal, cracked bottle, spilled liquid, or incorrect item), you must contact Makari Uganda customer support immediately and hand the item back to the delivery rider right away.

  • Anti-Fraud Counterfeit Policy: To prevent product swapping, Rana Holdings Limited will not accept any returns, exchanges, or complaints once the delivery rider has left the premises. If the product is not returned immediately to the original delivery rider, it will no longer be eligible for a resolution.

  • Resolution Options: Depending on the nature of the verified issue, we will offer a refund, exchange, or store credit, provided the item was rejected at the point of delivery and handed back to the rider.

2. Non-Refundable Charges & Items

  • Shipping Fees: There is absolutely no refund on shipping fees under any circumstances.

  • Sales and Promotions: Any items purchased under a discount, clearance, sale, or special promotional offer are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

  • Baby Line & Gift Sets: Due to strict health, hygiene, and safety regulations, items from the Makari Baby line and pre-packaged gift sets cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

3. Product Allergy & Liability Disclaimer

  • Ingredient Check: We strongly advise all customers to review the ingredient list of any Makari product prior to purchase. If you have known allergies (such as fish or marine allergies regarding our Caviar line), please consult the ingredients carefully.

  • Limitation of Liability: Rana Holdings Limited does not take responsibility for individual allergic skin reactions. Products are sold as-is, and standard patch tests are recommended before full application.
